Day 3 on my “gratitude journey” …
Woke up this morning with the Carpenters in my head singing, “Saturday, Saturday, ever-loving Saturday!”
Ron and I took a day-trip to a charming little town … had breakfast and lunch out, walked “Main Street” window shopping. We happened upon some artists painting … inspiring to watch others working at their craft. And while we didn’t buy anything, we enjoyed our outing! The sky was blue, sun was shining, the scenery delightful, and the atmosphere peaceful!
Today I’m especially thankful for Saturdays and the change of pace they provide!
